What materials do you use?

Our launch collection features platinum-plated 925 sterling silver, baroque freshwater pearls with an 18K white gold cap, hand-finished enamel, and hand-painted miniature Thangka art. Please refer to each product page for the exact materials.

Are the pieces identical?

No. Natural pearls vary in shape, surface and luster, while enamel and hand-painted details may differ subtly. These variations are part of the character of each piece.

Which pieces are ready to ship or available for pre-order?

The Baroque Pearl Pendant Necklace is in stock and normally dispatched within 2–3 business days. The Tiger-Tooth Dzi-Inspired Enamel Necklace is a limited-batch pre-order with approximately 14 days of production before dispatch. The Hand-Painted Thangka Gawu Necklace is a limited-batch pre-order with approximately 15 days of creation and assembly before dispatch.

Do your prices include shipping?

Yes. Prices include complimentary duties-paid delivery to destinations currently available at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 7–15 days after dispatch. Pre-order production time is separate and is stated on each product page.

Will I have to pay import duties?

For destinations currently available at checkout, duties and import taxes are included in the product price under our duties-paid delivery service.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Keep your piece dry and avoid perfume, cosmetics, household chemicals and prolonged sunlight. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store separately in its pouch or box.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Personalized or custom pieces cannot be returned.
